Mental health at work starts with leadership

Psychological health and safety isn't a program you launch once. It's shaped every day by how leaders show up, how work is designed and how teams recover after conflict, change or loss.

Mental Health Talks 2025 brought practitioners, researchers and leaders together for an afternoon of practical sessions on trauma, resilience, psychosocial risk and burnout.

What the sessions cover

  • How trauma shapes leadership, and how to normalize mental health conversations
  • Building resilience through bias awareness and self-reflection
  • Identifying and controlling psychosocial risks job by job
  • Restoring trust after investigations, layoffs and performance management
  • How leadership behaviours drive, or prevent, burnout
  • Why mental health programs miss the mark, and how to fix them

The program

Two keynotes and four focused sessions. Every session was recorded and is available on demand. All times ET.
